Functional Connectivity Network Analysis from Flux 2019 poster

These short videos show the functional connectivity among the selected nodes for second graders(left) and fifth graders (right). I did the functional connectivty analysis in AFNI , then made the figure in MatLab.
Inflated Brain with "Pry" view
This image shows the results of a complicated conjunction RSA analysis I did (link to preprint coming soon). Unfortunately, we could not use this figure in the paper because the other main figure could not be presented on an inflated brain in order to show subcortical areas (basal ganglia, hippocampus) and we wanted the figures to be comparable. I did the analysis in AFNI and Python, and the image was created with AFNI/SUMA.
Glass Brain view of selected ROIs (Regions of Interest)
I made these in Python with a NiPype visualization package. The ROIs are: striatum (light yellow), hippocampus (goldenrod), supplementary motor area (coral), and medial prefrontal cortex (dark pink).
